At Mark Diamond's Jewelers, our customer's satisfaction is very important to us.

Exchanges are welcome within ten (10) days of purchase.

All store returns will be issued as a store credit only on a Mark Diamond’s Jewelers Gift Card.

Sale, discounted merchandise and clearance items may be returned or exchanged within ten (10) days with written approval given at the time of purchase.

There will be no refunds issued on Special Orders or Custom Jewelry.

A restocking fee may apply on any merchandise that has been altered.
