Our guest’s satisfaction is our most important priority at Mark Diamond’s Jewelers in Albuquerque.  We have a hassle-free return policy up to 30 days after purchase.  Please follow the steps below which outline the return process.

1. Contact Mark Diamond’s Jewelers in Albuquerque at (505) 296-9525 to notify us that you would like to return your order.
2. Within the next business day, you will receive an e-mail containing a pre-paid FedEx shipping label and specific shipping instructions to return your item.
   (Note: Items received that do not follow the specific shipping instructions may not qualify for a return/refund.)
3. Take your item(s) to your nearest FedEx location and ship it back to us.
4. Once received, our team will review your item(s) to determine an appropriate refund amount.
5. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment used for the initial purchase.

Additional Terms and Conditions on Returned Items

Guests are entitled to a full refund once it is confirmed that we have received the piece and it passes our quality control.  You may not be eligible for a return if one of our team finds one or more of the following:

1. If an item is requested for return after 30 days of its original purchase date.
2. If the returned items are not accompanied by all the materials sent with the original packaging including, but not limited to, any certifications, lab reports, appraisals, insurance documentation, boxes and packaging.
3. If the returned item is not in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition or if an item shows signs of wear or damage.

Standard Shipping and Delivery Guidelines

Every order goes through Mark Diamond’s Jewelers’ quality control process.  All packages are fully insured against loss or damage, at no additional charge for your protection.  In the interest of security, FedEx orders over $500 require a signature at delivery and will not be dropped off unattended.

Orders placed before 3 pm MST, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays, will usually be shipped within 3 business days using:

• FedEx Standard Overnight
• FedEx Priority Overnight if requested
• United States Postmaster Priority box
• Some orders may ship same-day
• You may also buy online and pick-up in store
